Description of Directors

Philippe Morales, born in 1968, Mr. Morales has been a member of Luxembourg Bar since 1994. He has degrees in Business Law (DESS en droit et fiscalité de l’entreprise, DJCE et Magistère de droit des affaires, fiscalité comptabilité; University of Aix en Provence).

Roland De Cillia, born in 1968, Mr. De Cillia has been a member of OEC (Ordre des Experts Comptables, Luxembourg chartered accountant’s association) since 1997. He has degrees in Economics and in Analysis and Control (Licence en sciences économiques, Licence special en analyse et contrôle; Universities of Bruxelles and Liège).

Jean-Marie Boden, born in 1954, Mr. Boden has been a member of IRE (the Institut des Réviseurs d’Entreprises, Luxembourg independent auditor’s institute) since 1986. He has degrees in Economics (Licences en sciences économiques; University of Liège).
